Megan Joy received her training from Chicago's prestigious French Pastry School where she trained with notable chefs including Jacquy Pfeiffer, Dimitri Fayard and fellow Craftsy instructor En-Ming Hsu. She has worked under Food Network star Rahm Fama and pastry chef Francois Payard, and served as executive pastry chef at Kelly Liken's namesake restaurant. Today Megan blogs at High Altitude Bakes and consults when she's not creating beautiful Bohemian cakes.
