Luca Manfè
Luca Manfè grew up working in restaurants all over the world. He left his native Italy to make a name for himself in the American restaurant industry, a goal that was quickly realized when he won a popular television competition. Shortly after the show, Luca published his first cookbook, "My Italian Kitchen: Favorite Family Recipes," and started his business, Dinner With Luca. He launched his first Houston, Texas, food truck, The Lucky Fig, in late 2015.
